So far behind.

This week I'm really slackin on my school work. So I'm tryin to catch up. There was a death this week, a really good friend of the family's, so I've been dealing with that. Trying to get everything done before my son starts school. School here starts the 23rd but thank god he's only goin to pre-k (they start Sept. 7) cuz I wouldn't have anything done on time. So I'm trying my BEST this week. It's just going to be a busy time before I get everything accomplished. UGH!

Just another day.

Well I'm all home alone today. My son's been out where his dad lives since Thursday evening and I MISS HIM. It's so quiet around here. My man's at work til this evening. So I'm bored and while I have time, I'd figure I'd write in the blog today. There was another reunion today but I didn't go to that one. My stepdad's side and I dont care too much bout his fam. So Id rather sit at home and catch up on school then be round those folks. HA! My son starts school SOON (pre-k) and im gettn all nervous about it for some reason. Gotta start school shopping for him and its gonna be so exciting for me. So I'll be busy with all that til he starts. WOW, its just unbelievable, REALLY! But other than that its just another day.

Reunion Day.

Today was another reunion day at the park. Jordan and I went and he had a good time. It was pretty boring to me because it's just a bunch of old folks get together and chit-chat. =) My family isn't a close family neways, once a year the people get less and less. This is on my mom's side. My dad's side is another story- I never see them. So that sums up how my family is. When the reunion's come, they're all boring. But it gets J out and play with other kids. It probably rained for an hr. before we all left but it was cool and not so hot like it was last Saturday. Been tryin to catch up on school work. I've been slackin a lil bit. Oops =\

Missin my Lil Man.

Today my son (Jordan) went with his dad for the week. I hate when he's gone for that long but I also like how gets to spend time with his other family. I never want to hold him back from that. My day has been a lazy day, now just finally coming around to do some school work. I haven't been feelin too well either. I've been fighting a cold for 2 wks now. It really sucks. And its been so hot outside, it's hard to breathe. The other day it was 95 degrees still at like 7pm. It was horrible. But yeah, I just miss my lil man, it's boring around here when he's gone =(

Just a little something.

My son's birthday was yesterday (HAPPY 4th to him). We threw a little party, he had fun and that's all that mattered. And plus he said "I got everything I wanted" so that put a smile on my face. I really don't have a whole lot going just school work and keeping up on house chores. Been feelin a lil exhausted lately and just wanna sleep but I can't sleep all day like I would like to sometimes. Well thats all I got for now.
